PDP leaders on party assignment should be given equal opportunities as those of APC - Peter Obi

Former PDP Vice Presidential candidate / former Governor, Peter Obi, has reacted to the harassment of  Rivers state Governor, Nyesom Wike. According to news that went round yesterday, more than 300 police men were seen laying siege around the hotel premises of Governor Wike, and also it was confirmed that the security operatives asked the governor to leave Edo state, but the governor refused , by letting them know that Ganduje and other APC governors are walking freely in the state .

Peter Obi wrote:
In the spirit of equity and fairness, Gov Wike and the a People’s Democratic Party, PDP, leaders in party assignments should be given equal opportunities as those of the APC.

Restricting them while Govs Ganduje, Uzodinma, and others are given unimpeded access is a negation of democracy and a caricature of the fairness promised by the APC govt.
