Umar Ganduje reaffirms his commitment to the fight against corruption



Kano state Governor, Umar Ganduje, has reiterated his support in the fight against corruption, speaking during his visit to the state’s Public Complaint and Anti Corruption Commission, yesterday , Saturday August 15, 2020, he told the Commission not to relent in the anti-graft war.

Whosoever falls to not the commission’s trap should face the consequences. I will have nothing to do with it. I will have nothing to do with it. I will not interfere with any case who so ever might be involved.

With the way corruption is fighting back and the fight against corruption being an agenda of President Muhammadu Buhari, the federal government cannot fight alone. It needs domestication in the states and the local governments to succeed.

The Chairman of the Commission, Muhyi Maggi also confirmed that they have set an example in the country which will be emulated by other states because of Ganduje’s support to the Commission.
It is your will and support that has made this anti-graft agency among the best in the country m. We have set benchmarks in the country and are being emulated by other states.
