Ondo Deputy Governor, Agboola Ajayi dumps PDP to join the Zenith Labour Party, shortly after resigning his membership from APC

Ondo state Deputy Governor, Agboola Ajayi, has tendered his resignation from the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.

Agboola Ajayi, resigned his APC membership and  joined the PDP in June this year, after unresolved problem with the state Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu. Although the State House of Assembly tried to impeach him, but seems the mission was a failed one due to numbers.

His special assistance on Media, Allen Sowore, confirmed his resignation and the deputy also shared the news on his twitter handle, and confirming that he has joined the Zenith Labour Party . And the leader of the ZLP in his state is former governor of Ondo state, Olusegun Mimiko.

Today 10th August 2020, I Resign my membership from the People's Democratic Party to join Zenith Labour party to further my Aspirations.

I appreciate the National Leadership and members of the party for their warm reception and acceptance in the short period i rejoined the party.  He said
