Rivers APC Executive Committee has nominated former Rivers State Attorney General , Worgu Boms as new Deputy National Secretary of the All Progressive Congress .
He is to replace Hon. Victor Giadom, who resigned in 2018 to contest the 2019 governorship election as a running mate.
