An abominable act was committed by a 31 year old Kenyan man , Fred Onsongo , and the acts has led to the arrest of his elder brother , Evans Mamboleo Nyachuba , who caught him on the act.
On April 16th , about 8:30 pm, Evans saw his younger brother , Fred , having s3xual intercourse with their 55 year old mum , Doria Nyachuba, Evans picked up a plank and hit his younger brother in the back and head , killing him on the spot.
Osongo’s body has since been deposited at the Nyamira county Referral Hospital morgue .
The suspect , Mamboleo, has been arrested and is being held at Ekerenyo police station .
Police has confirmed that investigation in ongoing .
